ETE: On FRENCH Bike Paths...

I went to the EU Parliament in Strausburg, France and saw that the bike lanes were on the other side of the parked cars. I enjoyed — yet another — rainy day in the region here, however, bicyclists were still out in full force dressed in their rain gear.
